Stillwell Brewing Co.
We are a small brewing project in Halifax, NS. We focus on oak-fermented, bottle conditioned farmhouse-style ales that are subtle, balanced and unique to our brewery. We also make draught-only lagers for Stillwell, Stillwell Beergarden & The Stillwell Freehouse.
Our beers are reliably available for retail at Stillwell (1672 Barrington St. in Halifax) and occasionally via our pals in other provinces & countries.

Gosh is a beer we make when and if we detect fermentation character in our barrel cellar that we describe as being "tropical" in nature. We blend the barrels and dry-hop with the best Mosaic hops we can get our hands on. For this bottling, we pushed the hopping rates to their highest yet. Fruity, dank, and a lot of fun, crush and/or consider this beer in good health.
This is batch/blend 3, which was bottled in September 2019 (5.4% ABV).
