A few barrels of nicely-hoppy farmhouse ales of a medium age (6-9 months) are re-fermented with a large quantity of freshly harvested Nova Scotia peaches, then bottle-conditioned until ready.

We are a small brewing project in Halifax, NS. We focus on oak-fermented, bottle conditioned farmhouse-style ales that are subtle, balanced and unique to our brewery. We also make draught-only lagers for Stillwell, Stillwell Beergarden & The Stillwell Freehouse.
Our beers are reliably available for retail at Stillwell (1672 Barrington St. in Halifax) and occasionally via our pals in other provinces & countries.
